You can return your purchase within the following time frames:

  • United States, Canada & Australia: 30 days
  • UK, EU & rest of the world: 14 days

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We offer free exchanges in special cases only.

Otherwise, you can return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number.

If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing down for a slim, fitted look, or sizing up for a more oversized fit.

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

You can cancel or modify your order within 30 minutes of placing it by contacting us via email or WhatsApp.

After this window, your order enters processing and cannot be changed.

Please check with neighbours and your local post office first, as carriers sometimes mark parcels as delivered slightly early.

If it still doesn't appear within 3 business days, contact us at support@icon-stadium.com and we'll help.

Contact us within 30 minutes of ordering and we'll do our best to update it.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address, and we're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly provided address.

For EU orders, VAT is included and we cover the standard €3 customs duty.

Any additional customs fees, or duties in other countries, are the customer's responsibility depending on local regulations.

Please check your spam/junk folder first.

Some email providers may also delay or block automated emails.

Returns

Contact us first at support@icon-stadium.com or on WhatsApp at +1 (606) 744-6712 to start your return.

Any returns sent back without contacting us first may be rejected or returned to sender.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable fees or customs charges.

All customs duties must be pre-paid, if a package is refused or abandoned at customs, it may be returned to sender or destroyed, and we are not responsible for any loss in that case.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Your order number is in your order confirmation email (starting with #).

If you can't find it, contact our customer support team and we'll help you locate it.

Returns outside the stated return window cannot be accepted.

Enter your email in the sign-up form at the bottom of our website, or on the pop-up when you visit, to get notified about new drops, restocks, and exclusive offers.

To keep your item looking its best, turn it inside out before washing and wash at a maximum of 30°C to protect the print.

When ironing, avoid ironing directly over the printed areas.

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Support team.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review your case and advise on the next steps.
