AI Creative Designer
Create creatives and image ads for social media - generating AI visuals.
Requirements: basic experience with AI image generation and basic knowledge of Photoshop.
Brand Manager
Oversee and coordinate the entire team - including design, creative/ad production, customer support, and social media. You'll manage new drops and announcements, guide the team's output, research new creative directions and better-performing ads, and keep the brand consistent across every channel.
This is a management role - you won't create the designs yourself, you'll direct the people who do.
Requirements: experience in brand or team management, ideally within e-commerce or fashion.
Supplier & Operations Manager
Communicate with our suppliers on pricing and designs, oversee production, and manage the operational side of the brand from order to delivery.
Requirements: basic knowledge of operations and inventory management, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay organised across multiple tasks.
Customer Support & Logistics
Control and improve our customer support and the overall customer experience. You'll oversee shipping and delivery, look at what we can improve on the website (such as our returns process), and identify the brand's strengths and weaknesses.
Requirements: experience in customer support or customer experience, with a customer-first mindset and an eye for improvement.
Social Media Manager
Manage our social media — posting new drops and announcements, replying to DMs, engaging with our community, and growing the ICON STADIUM brand online.
Requirements: basic experience managing social media accounts and good communication skills.
Product Design Developer
Design new products and concepts for our regular drops - not just shirts, but new items too - bringing fresh ideas rooted in football culture and stadium heritage, in line with our existing products.
Requirements: solid design skills and experience creating product designs, ideally in a similar style to our current range.
Collaboration & Talent Manager
Find and connect with models and creators for brand collaborations and shoots, helping us showcase ICON STADIUM to a wider audience.
Requirements: strong communication and networking skills, basic experience in outreach or influencer/talent coordination, and a good eye for people who fit our brand.
